What Makes These Classes Different

You do not have to keep up. You train at the level that is right for you.

Many women hesitate to join a fitness class because they worry the pace will be too fast, the exercises will be too advanced, or everyone else will already know what to do.

At You Fit, every session is structured, demonstrated, and coached. Anita provides exercise options and individual guidance so you can build strength progressively, whether you are new to strength training, returning after time away, or adjusting to changes in your body, mobility, or energy.

Is This the Right Class for You?

A supportive place to begin—or begin again.

These classes may be a good fit if:

  • You are new to strength training or returning after time away.
  • You feel uncomfortable or unsure in a large gym.
  • You want to improve your strength, balance, and mobility.
  • Your body, energy, or exercise needs have changed during midlife.
  • You appreciate exercise options and individual coaching.
  • You want the encouragement of a group without pressure or competition.
  • You are looking for a routine that will help you stay consistent.

No one is expected to arrive already knowing what to do. You will be shown how to perform each exercise and supported as you become stronger and more confident.

What You Will Build

Anita is a wonderful trainer who gives individualized attention to each member.
Cloe H.
As a trainer, she has helped me to build strength and mobility while teaching me to be more aware of what my body is telling me. She listens, pays attention and adjusts exercises as needed to the individual to help them target specific muscle groups and to aid in recovery from previous injury.
Andrea
I started training recently and already love it. Anita is an amazing trainer, very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive.

Not sure if a class is the right place to start?

That is completely normal, especially if it has been a while since you exercised or you are unsure which type of support you need.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment. Anita will help you decide whether a small-group class, personal training, or another You Fit option would be the most comfortable place to begin.
