Pelvic Floor Strength Session

Pelvic floor health is an important and often overlooked part of women’s strength and overall well-being.
After learning about pelvic floor health, many women are left wondering how to safely apply that knowledge to movement and exercise, which exercises are supportive, and what comes next.
This one-time educational session is designed to answer those questions in a calm, supportive environment and help you build confidence moving with intention.
What this session covers:
- Breathing and body awareness
- Understanding how the pelvic floor works with movement
- Learning basic pelvic floor-friendly exercises
- Building confidence to move safely and intentionally
This session is about education, connection, and confidence, not intensity or performance.
Who this session is for:
- Women who want to better understand their pelvic floor and movement
- Women returning to exercise after learning about pelvic health
- Anyone unsure which exercises are safe or appropriate
- Anyone wanting a gentle introduction to strength in a supportive setting
No prior experience is required.

This session is not physiotherapy and does not replace pelvic floor treatment.
It is designed to complement physiotherapy, not replace it.
Referrals to physiotherapy will always be encouraged when appropriate.
Think of this session as a bridge from learning about pelvic health to confidently supporting it through movement.
